Gary L. Parins is the Director of Event Management at LHI. Previously, Parins served as the Manager of Group Events.
In his experience at LHI, Parins has developed a Group Events Team that has coordinated up to 350 separate event locations on a given weekend with requests for more than 130,000 services for the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) on a weekend. At the same time, Parins developed the Individual Medical Readiness Team to reach out to the United States Army Reserve Unit Administrators to educate them on the RHRP and present options as to how to utilize the program to enhance medical and dental readiness. This Group Event Team is responsible for up to 65% of the revenue from the RHRP contract. The development of this group has included the networking of many other departments at LHI that include Clinic Management, medical Provider Education, Distribution Operations Center, Event Operations Center, Data Control, Dental Operations, Information Technology, Marketing and Medical Operations.
Parins possesses 30 plus years of experience in retail management and team building. Parins attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse 1968-1972.
