Kim Linton joined LHI in 2008 as Director of Quality Assurance, bringing more than 30 years of experience in quality, manufacturing and management. Linton’s responsibilities include the development and maintenance of all LHI quality systems processes and procedures, managing and assuring compliance to all customer expectations. He oversees the establishment and maintenance of ongoing audit systems, verifying compliance of functional groups to quality standards and customer requirements. The Quality Department works closely with the Project Management function to design proper controls in processes and systems affecting customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining LHI, Linton was involved in various manufacturing operations serving automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), commercial and retail customers.
Linton holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, where he graduated cum laude. He is a Certified Quality Engineer, and a senior member in good standing of the American Society for Quality, serving as a board member of local ASQ section 1216.
